The navigation data does not persist for more than the time necessary to guarantee the functioning of the site and is deleted immediately after its aggregation (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the compilation and submission of the forms present on the sites, involve the acquisition of the contact details of the sender, necessary in order to be able to respond, as well as all the personal data included in communications.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
Interested parties have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation). RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
